PROCESS
1 | LET’S GET STARTED
I would love to hear about your project or event. Please e-mail me or fill out the contact form to get started. I will send you a contract to sign along with an envelope addressing template (if applicable). I check e-mails Monday - Friday and will respond within 24 hours during this time.
2 | ENVELOPE ADDRESSING
First, please let me know your requested completion date. Based on my current schedule, I will let you know the date I will need your items in-hand in order to meet your requested date. A 50% non-refundable retainer will be due to secure your spot on the calendar. This retainer will be put towards your final amount. Your estimated timeline will begin once the contract is signed, your envelopes are in-hand and your address list is approved. Please only send one final list. Additions after lists are submitted may be subject to an additional set-up fee and may delay the delivery of your order.
I strongly advise ordering invitations six months prior to your wedding date (four months prior to mail-out date) to allow for plenty of time for delivery, calligraphy addressing, stuffing & stamping.
3 | ADDRESS LIST FORMATTING
Please refer to my envelope addressing guide and address list template, both linked below. Keep in mind that lists with longer names and/or those that include middle names will not be suitable for smaller envelopes. Should you need it, I also have an etiquette guide.
Lists must be submitted in an Excel document.

4 | DAY-OF ITEMS
Escort, place card, and seating chart lists should be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to your requested delivery date. Table numbers for escort cards may be submitted 1 week prior to requested delivery date. Seating chart lists may be arranged in alphabetical order by last name or by table number.
5 | CORRECTIONS & ADDITIONS
Please make sure to order 20% additional items beyond your final number to cover mistakes, additions, etc. Orders of less than 100 require a minimum of 15 extra items. Calligraphy orders allow for one group of additions/corrections. Any additional additions/corrections will be charged a $25.00 set-up fee in addition to the item price. (Any mistakes made by the Calligrapher are always corrected free of charge.)
6 | RUSH FEES
I completely understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute. When time allows, I am happy to accept rush orders. Orders scheduled less than 2 weeks before the requested delivery date will be subject to an additional 50% charge. Orders requested with a 24-hour turnaround time will be subject to an additional 100% rush charge.
